TURNKEY SYSTEMS
For most of our customers, Manchester will provide full turn-key
"single responsibility" service, beginning with
a survey and suggestions for point-source product recovery
and waste reduction, development of a "design basis"
for the system, a recommendation for the technical solution
(including water recycle when cost-effective and appropriate),

a firm fixed price proposal for design, manufacture, installation,
start-up and training, and a guarantee that the system will
achieve compliance with applicable regulations. Normally, Manchester
will also arrange for permits and other regulatory requirements. |
