The A-Series centrifuges offer superior mechanical features:
TEFC motor powers the bowl up to 2500 rpm generating approximately
1,600 G's of centrifugal force.
Efficient separation at flow rates up to 60 gpm.
The top feed features an internal feed impeller and efficiency
baffle to the increase separating capacity, efficiency and
total processing performance.

frequency motor control with DC injection braking for efficient

Machine includes pre-made wiring harness that plugs into
the control panel receptacle to minimize wiring errors and

Automatic, cake sensitive plowing action to optimize cleaning
cycle time and minimizes operator interface.
Extremely rugged gear-driven plow mechanism includes a 1
hp, 82:1 gear reduction motor that produces approximately
20,000 in/lbs of torque to clean out even the toughest cakes.
Four bladed plow shaft design for smoother running and improved
separating efficiency. The plow blades are also TeflonTM coated
for quicker, easier clean outs.
Dual plane, computer balanced bowl and plow shaft assembly
for smooth, quiet operation
Rugged monocoque plate steel frame construction with fiberglass
hood cover. Round bowl enclosure and liquid discharge chamber
to minimize effluent foaming.
4" NPT frame discharge outlet and sloped frame bottom
to prevent solids from collecting in the frame bottom.
Just two (2) stainless steel pneumatic actuators and two
(2) solenoids with flow controls and air filter regulator
included for. less complexity and maintenance.
Machines include a mounting stand to position machine over
